Unframed prints are sent flat packed using cardboard OR in a tube carefully rolled.

 

Refunds & Damage

 

No exchange or refunds for change of mind, however always reach out as time to time this could be possible.

If your print(s) is delivered damaged please get in contact with me immediately within 24 hours by emailing info@lauradaledesign.com. Please keep your parcel altogether as it was received as pictures will be required for claims.
